Community Guidelines
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Health Challenge exists so a small group of people can motivate each other through a shared health challenge — daily habits, weigh-ins, and two people checking in on each other. That only works if everyone feels safe here.
What's not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at another participant.
- Hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks someone for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Spam, solicitation, or advertising unrelated to the challenge.
- Impersonating another participant or the organizer.
- Sharing someone else's private information without their consent.
This applies everywhere you can write something another person will see: chat messages, announcements, and your display name.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Violating these guidelines can result in your message being removed, your account being blocked by another participant, or — at the organizer's discretion — your removal from the challenge.
Reporting
If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it:
- From a message: press and hold the message, then choose Report.
- From a person: open the conversation, tap the overflow menu in the top right, and choose Report.
Reports go directly to us — not to the organizer or the person you reported — and we act on them within 24 hours. We may remove the content, and we may remove the person responsible from the challenge.
Blocking
You can block anyone in your challenge at any time, from the same overflow menu. Once you block someone, neither of you can message the other, and you can undo it at any time from Account → Blocked people. Blocking is between the two of you — it doesn't notify the other person, and it doesn't remove them from the challenge.
